Not bovvered by HIV

If you thought that it couldn’t get any crazier than the Covid anti-vax movement then news out of the UK may make you reconsider. New research by Newfoundland Diagnostics has revealed that over a fifth of straight Brits (21%) believe that they couldn’t get HIV so they have never tested for it. This is despite government data showing that straight people now account for almost half of new cases. Diagnoses amongst gay and bi men there have fallen 71% since 2014 thanks to regular testing, PrEP and a higher level of treatment for people with HIV.
