Qtopia Sydney has announced the line-up of Pride Fest 2026, Sydney’s Queer Arts and Culture Festival. It will be the festival’s biggest program yet, featuring over 300 events to celebrate International Pride Month from June 1 to 30.
The 2026 program features queer theatre, drag, comedy, cabaret, book launches, panel discussions, workshops, fitness classes, dance, film, parties, restaurant activations, and more. And for the first time ever, this year’s festival will expand outside the walls of Qtopia Sydney, to take over the entire Oxford Street precinct in one epic display of pride. Events are staggered across the Oxford Street Precinct including Qtopia Sydney’s The Loading Dock Theatre, The BWYASSS Substation, The Eternity Playhouse, Ginger’s at the Oxford, Universal Upstairs and Downstairs and more. The precinct is sure to be painted purple throughout the entire month of June!

The inaugural Pride Fest Gala kicks off the festival on June 2 in a stellar night of performances to showcase the very best of the festival.
The festival will feature two incredible headliners; including the award-winning cabaret sensation Skank Sinatra in The Name on Everybody’s Lips, a BRAND-NEW glittering cabaret from May 10-14, and Kala Gare and Victoria Falconer’s: Juicy Riot, with the award-winning theatre babes, prolific music makers & notorious bisexuals throwing a high-femme-fronted, queer variety extravaganza on May 29.
Festival highlights will also include dazzling performances like: Homogrown, Dykes on Bikes: An Origin Story, Jess Fuchs: Feral, Still Proud: Honouring the 78ers, Saddle Club Line Dancing, Nails The Musical: In Concert, Haus of Dy-lan and more.

Adding to the list of acts, this year’s inaugural offerings include Pride Fest: Intersections, a celebration of cultural diversity through an intersectional Queer lens, Pride Fest: New Voices, an opportunity to showcase works in development and Fit N’ Proud, a dynamic program of sport, fitness and dance events activating venues around the Oxford Street precinct.
Festival Director Carly Fisher said, “Pride Fest is a powerful reminder of what happens when community comes together with purpose. This year’s growth has been driven by the community and we couldn’t be more proud to grow this into an annual signature event on Oxford Street. Pride Fest is really about the artists who share their stories, the communities who show up and the allies who stand up, and we couldn’t be more proud”.
